Lightship Publishing will offer a high quality critique service for new writers to help them edit and rewrite their work for a reader. Learning how to reflect on your own work and how to think like a reader, is one of the most difficult challenges a new writer faces. With a little help and guidance from our experienced readers (all writers), who will give you detailed feedback on your work, we hope to help you improve your chances of getting published.

You can use our Critique Service to get constructive criticism on your work at any time, without entering our competitions, in preparation for entering a competition, or as you enter a competition. Using the critique service is a separate request and will not effect the judging of your story or poem or first chapter.
