Vanessa Gebbie is a writer of stories of all lengths between 10 and 100,000 words, many of which have won awards. She is author of a novel, 'The Coward's Tale' (Bloomsbury 2011), two story collections 'Words from a Glass Bubble' and 'Storm Warning' (Salt 2008/2010) and contributing editor of 'Short Circuit - a Guide to the Art of the Short Story' (Salt 2009).

She is also a freelance creative writing teacher and writes (and occasionally publishes) poetry. Thanks to all this, she is fairly hopeless at other things.
